Safety and quality are inherent aspects of the Dnata culture. In order to reinforce this commitment, we have formed a new department for Safety Compliance & Training, specifically to oversee this area.
The Sales and Service Delivery department manages the contracts and relationship management through individually tailored service level agreements with all customer airlines operating through both terminals at Dubai International. These agreements offer each airline the flexibility of availing specific services and facilities based on their requirements. This department also contains Visa Services which offers special services including visa collection and delivery functions on behalf of the Department of Naturalization and Residency on arrival at Dubai International Airport.
The Key Account Management programme is characterized by the appointment of a senior member of the Dnata Airport Operations management team who acts as the Customer Relationship Manager. This is an innovative approach to customer care and satisfaction, ensuring continuous improvement in standards by encouraging dialogue and feedback from customers regarding all aspects of services provided by Dnata.
