The Recruitment Process
STEP 1: APPLYING ONLINE
Register online or log in through the website and complete our online application form. Browse the programmes and vacancies listed under ‘UAE National Careers’ and apply for the vacancy that best matches your qualifications, experience and preference.
STEP 2: SELECTION PROCESS
If you receive a favourable response this means that you have been short-listed for the position and you will be contacted to attend our selection programme.
As a candidate you may have to go through the recruitment steps mentioned below, depending on your qualifications:
|High School graduates||English test > Interview |
|University graduates (Higher Diploma/Bachelors/Masters)||Psychometrics > Interview|
|Note: For some programmes, there may be additional requirements that you would need to complete successfully as part of the Selection Process.|
Following the Selection/Assessment Process, Line Managers and the Recruitment team will review the shortlisted candidates and identify the most suitable candidate for the role.
STEP 3: POST SELECTION PROCESS
If you are unsuccessful after the selection process, you will be notified of the outcome. Please note that you can apply online for other positions you may find suitable.
If you are successful after the selection process, you will receive an email, phone call or letter from the Recruitment team advising you of the outcome. There are various pre-joining clearances that need to be completed at this stage.
STEP 4: JOINING FORMALITIES
Once the necessary clearances have been attained, successful candidates will be contacted by the Human Resources Service Centre (HRSC). The HRSC is responsible for the entire joining process and will make the necessary arrangements to provide you with your employment contract and relevant joining documentation.
