EmQuest, formerly known as Galileo Emirates, distributes the Galileo Global Distribution System (GDS) and services the markets of the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan & Maldives.
The Galileo Global Distribution System connects approximately 46,000 travel agency locations to 683 airlines, 27 car rental companies, 52,000 hotel properties, 431 tour operators and all major cruise lines throughout the world.
EmQuest has positioned itself as a market leader in the GDS business and has been successful across all markets, especially in its home base in the UAE. Its partnership with over 1000 travel and tour agencies delivers an 80% plus market share in the UAE.
Always at the forefront, it has recognised the need to keep ahead of the competition through advances in technology and diversification beyond its core competency as a GDS distributor. EmQuest has been innovative in its development and support of e-commerce, and other solutions, and is set to expand into hosting and regional distribution of travel content.
Location and Facilities
Positions are almost all Dubai based. EmQuest staff members are located in the DLM building on Sheikh Zayed Road and EGHQ.
